These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and use of The Fertility Class program, operated by TFC Fitness LLC. By completing your purchase and accessing The Fertility Class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Medical Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

 • The Fertility Class is an educational and fitness-based program designed to support reproductive health. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

 • Participation is at your own risk. You should consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning this program, especially if you have any underlying medical conditions or concerns about your reproductive health.

 • This program is not suitable for individuals with the following conditions:

 • Spinal Hernia

 • Malignant Tumors

 • Menorrhagia (Heavy Menstrual Bleeding)

 • By purchasing this program, you represent and warrant that you do not have any of these conditions and that you are physically capable of participating.

2. No Medical Advice or Guarantees

 • Participation in The Fertility Class does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and TFC Fitness LLC or any affiliated instructors

 • We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to pregnancy, cycle regulation, hormonal balance, or improved fertility. Individual results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. To request a refund, you must:

 • Contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.

 • Provide proof of purchase and an explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. TFC Fitness LLC reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or fraudulent claims.

By accessing The Fertility Class, you agree to:

 • Not share, distribute, copy, or reproduce program materials without express written permission.

 • Not share login credentials with others.

TFC Fitness LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the program if unauthorized use, misconduct, or violations of these Terms & Conditions are detected.

 • You assume all risks associated with participating in The Fertility Class, including potential injury, discomfort, or health-related complications.

 • By purchasing The Fertility Class, you voluntarily waive any legal claims against TFC Fitness LLC related to injuries, health issues, or dissatisfaction with the program.

 • By purchasing The Fertility Class, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data for account management, customer service, and program delivery.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
